The main IT cities in Spain are Barcelona, Madrid, and Bilbao. There is a bit of work in Valencia and very little in the south of the country. It is possible to find jobs with good salaries in international companies. Salaries are not the biggest in Europe and income taxes are higher than 30%. In large cities, you may run into problems finding housing, as sometimes even small apartments can be expensive.
Often young people rent and share larger apartment to lower the cost of rent. Nonetheless, there is entertainment and relaxation opportunities for every taste: museums of world art, hiking, all kinds of domestic tourism, beaches, and parties. The people are very sociable and kind. It is customary to always say hello and smile to passers-by regardless of whether you know a person or not. Migrants are generally treated well in Spain. Spaniards live under the bright sun and on the seashore.
Work days are often reduced and don't forget about hourly siesta in the middle of the day. Therefore, processes can be extremely slow. You probably should learn the language, but you can get along fine with English
